Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Tier 1 Technical Support role
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support tickets
- Experience with Office 365 and desktop applications
- Proficiency in documenting procedures and technical issues
- Capability to setup and support physical hardware
- Familiarity with security protocols and incident response procedures
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary
- Active participation in on-call rotation and weekend updates
Responsibilities
- Address and complete assigned support tickets following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide exemplary written and verbal customer support
- Document all work accurately and ensure proper tracking
- Deliver technical support aligned with specified skill requirements
- Setup and provide assistance for physical hardware
- Travel to client locations for on-site support as needed
- Engage in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance tasks
