Requirements
Must:
- Proven background in IT service management or similar roles
- Solid understanding of IT support tools like Autotask, Datto RMM, or equivalent
- Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting
- Technical knowledge in security, networking, operating systems, and client hardware
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Oversee and synchronize the delivery of Managed IT services to clients, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Lead service delivery teams, providing both direction and support
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery
- Monitor service performance metrics and initiate enhancements
- Address escalated client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to promote trust and satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Generate reports on service delivery performance for upper management
- Work closely with our Sales Team to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
