IT Strategy Manager

- Supervise the development and implementation of organization-wide information and communications systems that meet operational needs - Collaborate with various departments to identify technology solutions aligned with their operational requirements - Assess the security of proposed solutions against the Associations cybersecurity policies - Create and execute processes and procedures that ensure the security and confidentiality of Association data - Implement security intelligence and risk management strategies to detect vulnerabilities and threats - Maintain an identity and access management program, including policies and workflows - Direct the deployment and maintenance of technology resources to guarantee effective IT operations - Establish change management protocols and ensure adherence - Develop and uphold a comprehensive information management strategy across the organization - Manage the organizations data architecture, ensuring consistency and accuracy - Guide the execution of an enterprise-wide information security program to safeguard assets - Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on information security issues, clearly communicating technical risks - Oversee the continuous monitoring and operation of information security controls such as firewalls and endpoint protection - Manage the information security budget and report on program effectiveness - Lead a team responsible for technology support services, including help desk operations - Identify and manage ongoing technology expenses and prepare the annual IT budget - Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
