Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an EDI Developer, Systems Integrator, or similar position
- Proficient in database management (Oracle/MSSQL)
- Familiarity with Synapse, Truckmate, Microsoft Dynamics, and TechShip
- Knowledge of Freight and Warehouse EDI transactions and related processes
- Experience in report writing with Microsoft SSRS & Crystal Reports
- Competence in label creation using NiceLabel/Bartender
- Capability to develop scripts in .Net, Python, Perl, or similar languages
- Familiar with Azure, Mimecast, Zoom, Teams, MSSQL, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years managing a comparable software stack across multiple locations
- Required experience in 3PL environments
- Preferred experience in 3PL operations
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Synapse/Techship
- Create and document a training program for Synapse/Techship
- Oversee development of EDI using BOTs EDI
- Manage the operations and integration of the Pick to Light system
- Facilitate customer communications via SFTP/AS2
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to adjust Synapse/Techship as per customer needs
- Partner with clients to implement customer specifications (Reports/Labels/Processes)
- Work with stakeholders to integrate with additional systems as necessary
- Liaise with vendors to ensure their systems are performing optimally, maximizing value for ONeill Logistics
- Manage various projects with multiple clients, providing weekly progress updates to both clients and ONeill Logistics
- Monitor system performance and maintain them according to specifications
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes, adding value to ONeill Logistics and its customers
- Standardize backend processes for easier future scalability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and system outages

We are seeking an EDI Business Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance our integrations with customers and internal systems, while also serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Synapse WMS. This role is hybrid, based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Bloomingdale, GA; or Monroe, NJ, and reports to our Vice President of Information Technology. We offer competitive salaries ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, paid holidays, sick time, and more.
