UI/UX Front-End Software Engineer

- Must submit a portfolio for evaluation to be considered - Over 3 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as a front-end developer - More than 2 years of experience in UI/UX design - Proficient in using Figma and the Adobe Software Suite - Experienced in producing mockups, wireframes, and interactive design demos - Skilled in creating designs for applications as well as static websites - Knowledgeable in designing for mobile applications - Familiar with sourcing front-end code from design tools like Figma - Understanding of color palettes and their appropriate use - Capable of generating designs that ensure a clear and approachable user experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment - Self-driven, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to meet deadlines - Accustomed to receiving feedback through code reviews and engaging in design discussion - Open to learning new technologies and exploring innovative solutions - **Nice to have**: Extensive experience in rapid prototyping using Figma in high-pressure settings - Experience in developing or maintaining a comprehensive brand or style guide - Familiarity or interest in the .NET stack, including C#, Blazor, and MAUI - Understanding of or willingness to learn Azure DevOps - Experience with JetBrains IDEs - Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility guidelines - Visual portfolio showcasing past work - Demonstrated ability to identify and adopt user-friendly design principles
