Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounting and clerical functions
- High School diploma or higher is preferred
- Demonstrated progressive experience in the telecom industry is preferred
- Proficiency with various telecom industry software, or a strong ability to learn quickly
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of programming languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple documents and details simultaneously and communicate effectively with team members

- Execute customer closeout requirements, including reviewing project documents and assembling closeout packages
- Utilize project photos to assess and understand completed work with minimal guidance
- Communicate with crews to ensure expectations are met when requirements are not fulfilled
- Coordinate schedules with field crews for photo reviews
- Maintain a flexible schedule to align with field crew photo reviews
- Provide proactive administrative support to the management team
- Efficiently navigate various software platforms
- Acquire necessary project location permits in a timely manner
- Meet frequently changing and demanding timelines
