Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelors degree in business is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in customer service.
- Preferred experience working remotely (WFH).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with ZOHO is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with a knack for resourcefulness and problem-solving.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritizing and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries related to COBRA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, and HSA.
- Document client interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and the actions taken.
- Oversee FSA dependents and facilitate the ordering of debit cards within the Alegeus system.
- Train clients on utilizing our secure web portal.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant State and Federal regulations, including HIPAA.
