Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree or higher in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology and IT roles
- Relevant technology certifications such as Network+ or Microsoft certifications
- Proficient in customer service skills
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server and desktop systems
- Skilled in Microsoft services setup and maintenance, including Active Directory, SQL Server, DHCP, and DNS
- Familiar with supporting business applications like Office 365, Quickbooks, and EMR
- Prior experience with RMM and CRM software or equivalent remote access tools
- Expertise in network setup and troubleshooting, including business-class firewalls and switches
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
- Capacity to work independently and manage tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication skills for professional correspondence
- Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Quick adaptability to OACYS technical support and service standards
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with Managed IT customers to oversee and maintain their IT infrastructures
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues for Managed IT and consulting clients
- Design and deliver impactful technical and business solutions to fulfill future IT requirements
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP services and associated hardware
- Mentor, assist, and provide training to new and existing team members
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits at their locations
