Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong understanding of SQL, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Experience with programming languages including R and Python for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies
- Business analysis skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Database design capabilities to enhance data storage solutions
- Automation skills utilizing VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripting
- Strong analytical abilities with the aptitude to interpret complex datasets with precision
- Knowledge of Visio for creating technical diagrams pertinent to database architecture or process workflows
Responsibilities
- Gather, process, and analyze extensive datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytic tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visual representations leveraging Tableau and Power BI to convey findings effectively
- Design and manage databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility, with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Perform business analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams following Agile practices to ensure successful project delivery within the SDLC framework
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including database design diagrams using Visio and process workflows
- Automate data processing tasks using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages to enhance efficiency
- Assist in project management by monitoring progress, overseeing timelines, and confirming deliverables align with quality standards
