Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role for presales teams
- Experience in a quota-carrying Systems Engineer or architect position
- Proven ability to partner with sales and influence results
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, virtualization, and modern data center solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise clients and complex environments
- Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Systems Engineers
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance strategy, pipeline, and execution
- Engage actively in key deals, proof of concepts, and customer interactions
- Establish robust relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure accountability for performance, development, and results within the team
- Assist the team in consistently achieving and surpassing quota goals
- Identify and implement improvements in team operations and execution
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape and competitive dynamics
