Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce Application Development with strong technical and functional abilities in both development and administrative roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, and Controllers.
- Experienced in developing and integrating web services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid comprehension of software architecture, design principles, and problem-solving methods, capable of creating complete Salesforce applications with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, release management, and upgrade processes on the Force.com platform.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Knowledgeable in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like GitHub.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills, excelling in both teamwork and independent settings.
- Quick to adapt, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Design and create solutions that effectively utilize the Force.com platform to support essential business functions and achieve project goals.
- Engage in technical design discussions and produce technical documentation aligned with business needs.
- Develop, test, and document custom developments, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Salesforce.com project.
- Independently assess application and system issues; propose and implement solutions while communicating impacts and outcomes.
- Assist end users in addressing any Salesforce-related challenges.
- Participate in code reviews for ongoing initiatives, ensuring high standards of code quality and appropriate design patterns.
- Provide detailed estimates and dissect tasks for assigned projects.
- Analyze application software packages and recommend buy vs. build strategies to management.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and platform upgrades.
- Configure and manage the Salesforce platform adhering to established best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technologies utilized in Nutanixs offerings, products, and services.
