Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in network engineering, particularly in hybrid cloud environments
- Strong expertise in network segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and contemporary security frameworks
- Hands-on familiarity with Nutanix networking technologies, especially Flow Security and Flow Network Gateway (NG)
- Solid understanding of data center networking, private cloud fabric, and multi-vendor infrastructure including routing, switching, security, and cloud connectivity
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and performing comprehensive root cause analyses and preventive measures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven record of effective collaboration within a globally distributed team
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently across engineering, cloud, and security teams
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize network segmentation and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) in global private cloud and enterprise settings
- Engineer and manage private cloud fabric-as-a-service to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and developer experience for development/testing and production workloads
- Deploy and oversee Nutanix Flow Security and Flow NG, including microsegmentation, distributed firewalling, and hybrid connectivity features
- Lead Tier 3 escalations and incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and spearhead improvements to minimize incidents and mean time to recovery (MTTR)
- Contribute to the design and modernization of datacenter network architecture, including fabric updates, new datacenter designs, and lifecycle processes for segmentation and provisioning
