Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile settings, especially within financial services or auto servicing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading or coaching teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector within financial services.
- Demonstrated success in formulating product strategies and executing enhancements.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Jira, and standard Microsoft applications.
- Strong experience in agile/scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders and driving change through effective communication and leadership.
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders for product feature refinement.
Responsibilities
- Guide the complete product development process for the 3rd party remarketing initiative in Salesforce, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for varied personas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and create a strategic roadmap that delivers maximum business and customer value.
- Engage closely with design, development, and QA teams to integrate new features and improvements seamlessly.
- Collect, document, and refine business requirements in alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and effectiveness.
- Assist the Product Director in enhancing the Dealer Relationship Management Application Strategy to improve the Salesforce platform for remarketing operations.
- Evaluate product performance and advocate for the Voice of the Customer, leveraging data insights for ongoing product development and enhancement.
