Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, specifically within financial services or auto servicing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or coaching capacity.
- Minimum of 1 year working with the auto business line in financial services.
- Proven track record in leading product strategies and enhancements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and standard Microsoft applications.
- Strong familiarity with agile/scrum practices and backlog management.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive change among stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Experience collaborating with UX designers, developers, and business teams to refine and release product features.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the third-party remarketing process within Salesforce, optimizing customer experiences for various personas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and establish a strategic roadmap aimed at maximizing business and customer value.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including design, development, and quality assurance to ensure the smooth integration of new features and improvements.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements ensuring they align with strategic objectives, while conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product quality.
- Assist the Product Director in shaping the Dealer Relationship Management Application Strategy to enhance the Salesforce platform for remarketing functions.
- Evaluate product performance and champion the Voice of the Customer, utilizing data insights to guide product development and ongoing enhancements.
