Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Over 3 years of experience in a help desk or client support administrator position
- Proficient in troubleshooting across different operating systems, including Windows and UNIX
- Experienced in supporting mobile devices and secure communication systems for the Department of Defense
- Familiar with ticketing systems such as PowerBI and MS Teams (DoD/AFNET-approved)
- Strong customer service abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or the capability to obtain it within 60 days)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for users, providing assistance through a centralized help desk
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
- Configure and manage mobile communication devices
- Oversee service tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies to maintain service continuity across various security domains (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and Commercial Networks)
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions
