Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in maintaining and upgrading Worksite applications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Teleforms applications and providing technology training (Worksite/Teleform/APA)
- 4+ years of experience in database design, creation, and maintenance
- 2+ years of experience in monitoring database/application backups, technical assistance, troubleshooting with Network Operations, and optimizing systems with Database Administrators
- Familiarity with migrating legacy SQL applications and web-based architecture
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of Worksite applications
- Provide support for Teleforms applications and address related technical issues
- Design, install, and manage databases to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee database and application backups to guarantee recoverability
- Offer technical assistance and expertise to agency users
- Collaborate with Network Operations and Database Administrators to troubleshoot issues and enhance systems
- Assist in migrating legacy SQL applications
- Create and deliver individualized and classroom training on Worksite/Teleform/APA tools
- Support initiatives related to web-based software architecture and other system enhancements
