Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience creating Power BI solutions in a business or enterprise setting (preferably in manufacturing/ERP)
- Proficient in Power BI, including datasets, reports, dashboards, deployment, and permissions
- Solid experience in data modeling such as star schema, dimensional design, relationships, and performance optimization
- Skilled in DAX for calculations, including measures, time intelligence, and complex business logic
- Knowledgeable in Power Query (M) and techniques for data shaping
- Experience with ERP data and relevant business processes like inventory, production, purchasing, sales, GL/costing, and order lifecycle
- Ability to independently convert business inquiries into analytical answers
- Strong communication abilities to clarify complicated data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail and a mindset focused on data reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and financial reports for plant leadership and business teams
- Convert business needs into precise, actionable visuals and KPIs consistent with NTS processes (e.g., manufacturing throughput, order status, inventory, cost, margin, and on-time delivery)
- Ensure reports are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable for diverse audiences, including executives, managers, analysts, and shop-floor staff
- Oversee scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests to maintain project integrity
- Promote and adhere to safety policies and procedures consistently
