Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role within manufacturing or supply chain systems
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 (preferably Finance & Operations)
- Practical experience with the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proven track record in managing complex business functions such as planning, scheduling, and production control
- Capability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Excellent skills in process design, documentation, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational demands with system governance and scalability
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive planning and scheduling functions, encompassing business processes, system behaviors, data models, controls, and reporting
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for the operation of planning and scheduling within Dynamics 365 and integrated Power Apps
- Ensure that solutions reflect operational realities while promoting consistency and standardization across plants and teams
- Advocate for simplicity in systems, minimizing excessive customizations that could complicate maintenance or pose long-term support risks
- Uphold safety as a priority by leading and promoting safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
