Requirements
Must:
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related field (public or corporate accounting preferred)
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards
- MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred
- Public or corporate accounting experience
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Oracle EBS and/or PSI is a plus
- Ability to relocate to the Dallas area
- Must be able to demonstrate safety leadership and uphold safety standards
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions among divisions and partners to establish aligned business processes
- Conduct gap analysis and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis, and data mapping in collaboration with subject matter experts and IT stakeholders
- Engage in solution design: evaluate design options, analyze potential benefits, recommend solutions, and specify and model requirements
- Create and execute test scenarios/scripts for functional, negative, and regression testing across various environments
- Develop related documentation and training materials for both internal and external customers/users
