Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing Power BI reports.
- At least 2 years in a senior or leadership position within a Scrum team.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Scrum principles is preferred.
- Background in refining and managing a Scrum backlog is desirable.
- Ability to collect requirements from business users and translate them into manageable tasks.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Databricks Unity Catalog and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- A strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Uphold a strong dedication to safety in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for learning new technologies related to Business Intelligence (BI).
- Assist in refining and prioritizing the BI teams workload.
- Collaborate with teammates and business users at Vulcraft divisions to ascertain requirements and set priorities.
- Design, deploy, and maintain effective Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Partner on data modeling, analysis, and visualization initiatives.
- Advocate for the usage of BI reports and dashboards throughout the organization.
- Organize, implement, and communicate enhancements, change requests, and support needs.
- Promote successful release and testing methodologies for BI implementations.
- Provide user training for BI report and dashboard releases.
- Manage technical adjustments related to report and dashboard creation and modifications.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained across Vulcraft divisions.
