Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- 4-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Tester
- Background in ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Preferred: Experience with ITSM (IT Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Service Portal)
- Preferred: Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
- Preferred: Understanding of ITIL framework
- Preferred: Experience with API and integration testing
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CBAP / PMI-PBA, ISTQB

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Convert business demands into user stories, functional specifications, and workflows
- Analyze and document current vs future state processes
- Assist with ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management
- Collaborate with developers and architects to enhance solutions
- Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, including workflows, forms, and Service Catalog items
- Identify, log, and monitor defects and issues
- Ensure complete fulfillment of requirements prior to deployment
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Developers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos
- Aid in release validation and production readiness
- Develop and maintain business and functional requirement documents
- Provide ongoing status updates and reports on testing progress
