Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or technical support call center setting
- Practical experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 (including Copilot and Teams), and SharePoint
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, PC hardware, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone and enterprise ticketing systems
- Document, track, and manage incidents and service requests appropriately
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot key software applications and hardware components
- Manage user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists in Active Directory
- Clearly convey technical information to non-technical users
- Monitor ticket queues, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established SLAs
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams as necessary
- Deliver proactive status updates and ensure issues are resolved promptly
