Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience in data center or IT infrastructure support
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure and support systems
- Capability to work autonomously and produce technical documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity (phishing, smishing, vishing)
- Understanding of power, cooling, and hardware lifecycle management
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain data center operations to ensure reliability
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
- Support hardware lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with broader IT teams while working independently
- Maintain documentation and uphold operational standards
