Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Over 1 year of experience in IT or data center support
- Familiarity with computer room or data center environments
- Understanding of data center infrastructure and support systems
- Capability to assist with documentation and process improvement
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles (e.g., phishing, smishing, vishing)
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs
- Preference for candidates with 2+ years in data center or infrastructure support
Responsibilities
- Rack and stack servers along with network equipment
- Manage and label cables effectively
- Track assets and manage inventory
- Aid in the installation and removal of hardware
