Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in application development and support
- Proficiency with MS SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, web parts, and workflow design
- In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies and SharePoint application services
- Experience in SQL development, including stored procedures and complex queries
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and client object modeling
- Previous experience supporting federal applications is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills
- Capability to work independently and tackle complex technical issues
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain MS SharePoint server portals and enterprise applications
- Support mission-critical applications through configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user access management
- Deploy, upgrade, and patch applications as necessary
- Implement and manage the SharePoint application services framework, including Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
- Develop and manage site content, web parts, workflows, and application features
- Utilize MS SharePoint Designer and InfoPath for developing solutions
- Collaborate with client object models and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Write and maintain stored procedures and conduct complex SQL query analysis
- Provide application support and develop reporting solutions (preferably SQL-based)
- Interact with users, stakeholders, and vendors to address technical issues and enhance application performance
- Maintain comprehensive application documentation and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot performance, access, and system-related challenges
- Independently resolve highly complex technical issues
