AV Infrastructure Analyst

- Design and implement AV systems including video walls, conferencing solutions, digital signage, and control systems - Develop AV architecture that aligns with enterprise IT standards and cybersecurity protocols - Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV solutions - Provide Tier 2/3 support for AV incidents and service requests via platforms like ServiceNow - Monitor system performance and uptime, proactively resolving any issues - Perform root cause analysis for recurring AV failures - Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), VoIP, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) - Ensure compatibility with enterprise authentication and security standards - Work in collaboration with Network, Security, and Systems teams - Oversee firmware updates, patches, and hardware lifecycle management - Maintain records of AV assets and create preventive maintenance schedules - Manage changes in a controlled manner - Coordinate with AV vendors, integrators, and OEMs - Assist in project planning, budgeting, and implementation for AV upgrades - Ensure achievement of SLAs and deliverables - Create system diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles - Train end-users and support staff on AV systems
