Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, particularly in a help desk equivalent role.
- Demonstrated expertise with Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
- Experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- A solid grasp of networking concepts and technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN.
- Familiarity with configuration, management, and troubleshooting of smartphone devices.
- Knowledge of utilizing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), PowerShell, and scripting techniques.
- Availability to work outside of regular hours and/or on weekends.
- Willingness to travel within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Engineer at Novani, I will work both independently and collaboratively with my team to provide support to a diverse client base. It will be crucial for me to be self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple tasks while effectively resolving end-user issues in a professional and timely manner. I will need to showcase strong technical skills and have experience working with various environments involving servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP services, and both wired and wireless network devices and configurations. Adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to problem-solving will be essential in this role.

The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with my experience.
