Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday or HRIS platforms. - Familiarity with one or more of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Compensation. - Experience in addressing production issues, enhancements, or configuration modifications in an enterprise environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with ticketing systems for production support (preferred). - Knowledge of Workday releases, testing, or project implementations (preferred). - Interest in broadening skills across various Workday modules (preferred).

Responsibilities

- Provide daily support for Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation. - Triage, evaluate, and resolve incidents and requests for enhancements through established processes. - Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions. - Ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with predefined service level agreements. - Execute Workday configuration updates, including business process updates, condition rules, validations, and calculated fields, under supervision. - Support ongoing system maintenance, including testing and validation of configuration changes. - Assist in release activities, regression testing, and post-release validation. - Execute and validate data loads (e.g., EIBs) for operational and project requirements. - Assist with Workday-related projects, including new features and process enhancements. - Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities as assigned. - Document configuration decisions, processes, and support protocols. - Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement that enhance system efficiency and usability. - Maintain awareness of Workday best practices and evolving functionalities within supported modules.
