Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a Product Management role within an agile team
- Preferred knowledge in formal business analysis
- Familiarity with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Experience in engineering or testing
- Understanding of the financial services sector
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as PowerBI
- In-depth experience with work tracking tools like Jira or Jira Align
- Certification or experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Strong grasp of key ITIL concepts
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Application Portfolio Management, and Asset Management, including integration with other ServiceNow modules (Risk, Security Incident Response, Supplier Management)
- Comprehension of ServiceNow development best practices for translating SME needs into engineering requirements
- Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities along with strong communication, time management, project management, business acumen, and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated research experience and influence skills, initial leadership exposure, and the ability to translate product requirements into technical needs
- Capability to approach complex issues using analytical judgement and multiple information sources
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the product vision in collaboration with key stakeholders including Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Risk, and Security teams for the Enterprise Risk, Third Party Risk, and Security Incident modules
- Drive the development, agreement, and dissemination of product roadmaps with Subject Matter Experts
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessing success
- Engage in cross-functional activities to gather essential requirements related to the product
- Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple products and product features, ranging from low to medium complexity
- Effectively communicate the product narrative to a wider audience, enhancing stakeholder awareness
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure a unified user experience aligned with quarterly objectives
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decision-making
- Prioritize and maintain a backlog of user stories for implementation based on business value or return on investment
