Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent IT experience - Proficient in Java programming (Java 8+), with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and REST API integrations - Familiarity with software engineering best practices including analysis, design, development, deployment, and support - Experience with SailPoint Identity, Privileged Access, Access Certifications, SSO/Federation, Active Directory, Azure, AWS - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong skills in documentation, testing, and automation - High sense of ownership with the capability to work with minimal guidance - Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams - Proficient in aligning security practices with business needs - Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on business goals

Responsibilities

- Implement and oversee IGA capabilities including lifecycle management, access requests, entitlement management, role management (RBAC), access reviews, and separation of duties - Design, develop, and sustain Java applications and services supporting IAM/IGA, like custom connectors, middleware, REST APIs, microservices, and web applications - Create documentation including designs, configurations, and runbooks, while contributing to the knowledge base and standards - Drive innovation within software development in the IAM domain - Advise on software solutions and service optimization - Responsible for constructing, managing, and maintaining Identity and Access security tools and the necessary infrastructure - Participate in change management, release planning, and on-call support as required - Assist in audit processes and evidence collection - Execute other tasks as assigned
