Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field from an accredited institution and 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Masters Degree in STEM and 0-2 years of relevant work experience for Level 2
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Masters Degree in STEM and 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 1 year of relevant experience for Level 3
- Proficiency with DOORS, CAMEO, and/or Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in architecture development, functional breakdown, requirements development and allocation, and interface definition using system-modeling tools
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering and SysML for describing complex Defense systems behavior
- Experience in authoring requirements or formulating verification strategies
- Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence)
- Outstanding communication and critical thinking abilities, capable of articulating technical information to diverse audiences
- Ability to work in an office setting on-site
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as business needs dictate
- Active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance required at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Engage in a Model-Based Systems Engineering environment to formulate system-of-systems requirements through systems/component trade studies and analysis
- Create and deliver presentations within the team and to stakeholders including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
