Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 10 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 8 years of experience; alternatively, an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Possession of a current DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) before starting.
- Proven experience in developing multi-target trackers, adaptive processing, or sensor fusion algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming or analysis tools such as MATLAB or equivalent.
- Familiarity with RF signal processing or related applications.
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead target tracking and sensor fusion systems development for advanced multi-function RF subsystems.
- Analyze and correlate data from various modes, including long-range radar waveforms and electronic surveillance measures.
- Create parametric models and visualizations for sensor requirements definition and validation during the early stages of the system lifecycle.
- Facilitate the integration of sensor modes and trackers from digital simulations to physical test environments and aircraft.
- Collaborate with customers to align their performance and functional needs with multi-function operational capabilities.
- Serve in a project leadership role, working towards strategic long-term goals and promoting new concepts in system design.
- Define future system architectures and lead the transition to new multi-sensor fusion systems.
- Negotiate and draft new Interface Control Documents (ICDs) with external stakeholders.
- Contribute significantly to the attainment of major organizational objectives.
