Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the capability to obtain and sustain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, etc.)
- Bachelors degree accompanied by 12 years of relevant professional experience; 10 years with a masters degree; 8 years with a PhD; or 16 years of related experience may be considered with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (familiarity with Pivot tables, V-Look Up, VBA, and/or Macros)
- Experienced in Earned Value Management Software (e.g., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles applied in Aerospace & Defense contexts
- Skilled in managing and analyzing project costs utilizing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Proficient in supporting contracts with EVM requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation regarding project costs, timelines, and overall performance
- Prepare and deliver detailed EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analyses and forecasts
- Identify potential cost and schedule risks and issues, providing recommendations for corrective measures
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (such as ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and internal policies
- Sustain the integrity of the EVM System, making sure it is properly executed
- Offer guidance and training to project teams on EVM principles and best practices
- Assist in developing and maintaining program budgets and financial plans
- Engage in financial audits and evaluations of completed projects
- Collaborate with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams
