Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with no experience required. - Must possess U.S. citizenship. - Capability to secure and maintain government secret clearance post-employment. - 1-2 years proficiency in LabVIEW programming language. - Ability to read and comprehend schematics, embedded software, and communication protocols. - Experience in Digital and Analog Electronics for designing circuitry focused on signal conditioning and isolation. - Familiarity with Electrical and Functional Testers, including interfaces and test platforms like PXI and GPIB. - Willingness to work on-site with flexible arrangements and travel up to 10% of the time. - Strong communication skills, capable of engaging remote audiences effectively. - Competence in managing multiple tasks concurrently. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, team-oriented, self-motivated, with leadership skills. - Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams. - Capacity to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Ensure product quality by creating production test equipment for military and aerospace products, including programming, debugging, and deployment. - Design, develop, and implement cost-efficient testing methods for Design Verification Testing (DVT). - Maintain and update test equipment for functional board level and final acceptance testers. - Grasp the functionality of multiple products to streamline test time or recommend additional tests. - Attend design reviews and contribute to design for testability. - Support fixture fabrication, parts ordering, and supplier management. - Prepare test and diagnostic programs, and design test fixtures and instrumentation setups. - Analyze data and identify necessary modifications in test equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or testing criteria. - Develop a comprehensive test strategy based on product requirements to select appropriate sensors and instrumentation. - Serve as a liaison between Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to enable cost-effective, high-quality production of innovative designs, including conducting Design for Testability and coverage analyses. - Interpret customer requirements documentation into test cases for DVT and production tests.
