Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM-related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 10 years of relevant expertise, or 8 years with a PhD.
- Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application is mandatory.
- Significant experience in software development utilizing C++ or Java.
- Quick ability to learn and grasp new concepts.
- Familiarity with MATLAB and/or Python.
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration.
- Capability to support an in-person/closed-area work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Internal Research and Development (IRAD) team to comprehend system specifications and implement new features and algorithms.
- Design and apply complex mathematical and physics-based solutions critical to system performance.
- Participate in reviews of software requirements and testing cases developed for software capabilities.
