Requirements
Must:
- For the Software Engineer position, I require 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a Master's degree.
- For the Principal Software Engineer position, you should have 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in STEM; or 3 years with a Master's; or 1 year with a PhD.
- An active Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
- Experience in developing software using Java and C++.
- Familiarity with software development on Linux and managing source code using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- A solid understanding of all phases of software development, with practical experience in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Responsibilities
In the role, you will design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and systems that include logical and mathematical solutions. You will conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with systems and/or hardware engineers throughout planning, design, and development phases. Additionally, you'll assess computer user needs, analyze system capabilities to address program intent and output requirements, prepare operating instructions, and ensure software standards are upheld.

As part of our team, you will be rewarded with competitive salaries ranging from $85,400 to $128,000 for the primary level and from $105,400 to $158,000 for the secondary level, alongside a host of benefits including health insurance, life and disability coverage, and time off for personal and vacation needs.
