Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field for level 2, with 2 years of relevant engineering experience; or a Masters degree with no prior experience for level 2
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field for level 3, with 5 years of related engineering work; or 3 years with a Masters degree, or 1 year with a PhD
- U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret security clearance are mandatory
- Capability to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances as needed for corporate requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using DOORS or similar requirements management tool for level 2; 1+ year for level 3
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Experience in ICBM systems or complex aerospace/defense systems preferred for level 3
- Familiarity with leadership roles in team environments for level 3
- Knowledge of the Systems Engineering V-Model and related tools is favored
- Previous involvement with Cameo Enterprise Architecture or similar modeling tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program Integrated Product Team (IPT) members to create essential systems engineering and design documents
- Engage with technical teams and stakeholders to refine and advance architecture for extensive program designs
- Assist in defining and integrating the appropriate system requirements and ensure accurate representation in the models
- Develop systems architecture utilizing Cameo Enterprise Architecture, including behavioral, structural, and analytical approaches
- Contribute to the development, management, and analysis of system requirements
- Establish coherent model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team collaboration
