Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of experience; 0 years with a masters degree.
- U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance issued within the last 6 years.
- Ability to undergo screening for Enhanced Security Clearances as required by the company.
- At least 1 year of experience in developing or reviewing requirements using DOORS or a similar tool.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with ICBM systems (MMIII or Sentinel) or complex aerospace/defense systems.
- Over 1 year of team experience with leadership responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Engage in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), focusing on requirements development and various system engineering models.
- Collaborate and coordinate with System Engineering and Command & Launch Segment teams.
- Assist in conducting system, segment, and unit-level trade studies.
- Define high-level functional and performance requirements, along with verification methods, and manage requirement decomposition and tracking.
- Support a team of engineers in creating and presenting technical charts for milestone meetings, ensuring team readiness for criteria compliance.
- Identify necessary contractual deliverables and drive updates to ensure completion.
- Work with diverse engineering design teams to manage technical baselines effectively.
