Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12 years of experience, or 10 years with a Masters degree, or 8 years with a PhD.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Ability to pass screenings for Enhanced Security Clearances in a timely manner.
- Over 1 year of experience managing requirements using DOORS.
- At least 3 years of experience with Systems Engineering and Integration and Test (SEIT) processes.
- More than 3 years of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Over 1 year of experience supporting trades studies.
- More than 3 years of experience in areas including C2, physical security, cybersecurity, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program Integrated Product Team (IPT) members to produce systems engineering and design documentation.
- Engage with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and refine the architecture of large program designs.
- Assist in defining and integrating system requirements, ensuring accurate representation in modeling tools.
- Create systems architecture utilizing Cameo Enterprise Architecture encompassing behavioral, structural, and analytical models.
- Contribute to the development, management, and analysis of system requirements.
- Formulate cohesive model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team coordination.
