Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance (reinvestigation within the last 6 years)
- Bachelors degree in a related field (8 years of experience) or Masters degree (6 years) or PhD (4 years) or additional 4 years in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant, GNU make)
- 5 years of experience in continuous integration environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo)
- 5 years of experience with repositories (e.g., Nexus, JFROG) in a Linux environment
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft and Linux Red Hat operating systems
- 5 years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., PERL, Python, Bash, YAML)
- 5 years of experience with Kubernetes in a CI/CD pipeline
- 5 years of experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, Terraform, vCenter, or vSphere
- 5 years of experience with container technologies
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies, NIST standards, and RMF governance
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain infrastructure/cloud resources for application support throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Implement Software Configuration Management (SCM), ensuring code quality and coverage with automated testing for CI/CD pipelines
- Develop processes and infrastructure to support the rapid deployment of capabilities while maintaining security
- Write scripts and configurations for automating software testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Monitor build and deployment pipelines, apply patches, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors proactively
- Automate infrastructure deployments and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools
- Address findings from vulnerability scans and penetration testing
- Guide and mentor team members in DevOps concepts and processes
- Collaborate with peers and business partners to enhance workflows and reduce costs through automation
- Provide application support, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, determine resolutions, and remediate issues in existing applications
- Act as Product Owner to manage priorities, scope, and schedule as necessary
- Lead work packages for your product scope as required
