Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field from an accredited institution and 2 years of relevant experience, or 0 years with a Masters Degree.
- Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field from an accredited institution and 5 years of professional experience, or 3 years with a Masters degree for the Principal Systems Engineer level.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Ability to secure and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable timeframe as determined by company needs.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience with technical review boards,
- Preferred: 1+ years of work experience with interfaces.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in leading or supporting trade studies or focused teams.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Cameo or related tools.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience with DOORS or equivalent tools.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience using Nx or comparable tools.
- Preferred: 1+ years of interaction with U.S. Government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of systems engineers to enhance interface products for the weapon system from the Preliminary Design Review phase through to the Critical Design Review and beyond.
- Work within a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
- Lead and/or support the development of key interface artifacts including:
- Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Interface Requirements & Verification Plans
- Interface Logical and Physical Architecture
- Interface CAD Models
- Interface Wiring Diagrams
