Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline with relevant experience: 5 years with a Bachelors, 3 years with a Masters, 0 with a PhD
- U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance, investigation within the last 6 years
- Ability to be screened for Enhanced Security Clearances
- Over 1 year of experience in requirements management, analysis, or allocations, or relevant graduate certificate
- Over 1 year of experience in Model-Based Engineering or Systems Engineering practices, languages, or tools like Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW, or relevant graduate certificate
- Over 1 year of experience with C2, physical security, cybersecurity, or military aerospace development
- Self-motivated, capable of addressing challenges and providing solutions with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- For Sr. Principal Systems Engineer level, 8 years of experience with a Bachelors, 6 years with a Masters, or 4 years with a PhD is required
- 2+ years of experience in requirements management
- 2+ years in Model-Based Engineering practices or tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to create essential systems engineering and design artifacts
- Engage with technical teams and stakeholders to enhance architecture content of large program designs
- Develop and incorporate suitable requirements for the system, ensuring accurate representation in models
- Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture focusing on behavioral, structural, and analytical aspects
- Participate in system requirements development, management, and analysis
- Establish methodologies, procedures, and processes for model development and team integration
