Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, 3 years with a Masters degree, or 1 year with a PhD. Management experience can substitute for a degree.
- U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance, investigated within the last 6 years.
- Ability to pass screening for Enhanced Security Clearances within a reasonable timeframe.
- Over 3 years of experience in developing or reviewing requirements using DOORS or a similar tool.
- Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- At least 2 years of experience in ICBM systems (MMIII or Sentinel) or complex aerospace/defense systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teamwork environments with leadership roles.
- At least 2 years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to create supporting systems engineering and design documents.
- Work alongside technical teams and stakeholders to develop and refine the architecture of large program designs.
- Assist in developing and integrating appropriate requirements for the system, ensuring they are accurately represented in the model.
- Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (including behavioral, structural, and analytical aspects).
- Contribute to the development, management, and analysis of system requirements.
- Establish techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team collaboration.
