Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 14 years of relevant work experience, or a Masters Degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 10 years of related experience.
- Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
- Extensive experience in technical leadership and development related to Missile Defense systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing projects within Agile and DevSecOps frameworks.
- Experience in managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in developing executive-level presentations and briefings.
- Ability to lead teams while considering cost, schedule, and technical constraints.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in technical, organizational, or personnel areas.
- Experience supporting proposal activities, including basis of estimate development and contributions to proposals.
- Strong commitment to ethics and integrity, with a record of innovative thinking and challenging conventional practices.
- Familiarity with Engineering Processes and Procedures, including Systems Engineering and Software/Hardware development.
- A diverse skill set spanning interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities.
- Cost account manager (CAM) certification or training, with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the GFC roadmap in collaboration with the GFC Architect to align program milestones and ensure deliverables are complete.
- Manage the GFC backlog, product team dashboards, and release plans while coordinating with the GWS release management team.
- Take ownership of GFC metrics reporting for each sprint and planning iteration, including quantifiable backup data and velocity assessments.
- Ensure successful alignment, integration, and execution across teams, while identifying and documenting dependencies for resolution.
- Clearly communicate statuses, issues, and recommended actions to senior-level leadership.
- Contribute to the identification and management of execution risks and opportunities for GFC.
- Support the GFC PM in achieving key performance objectives and participate in related reviews.
- Assist in providing cost and schedule solutions based on product team needs and resource availability.
- Support or present during GWS technical and program management reviews to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the engineering development lifecycle across various disciplines, emphasizing Software and Systems Engineering.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and development tools.
