Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience, masters degree with 6 years, or Ph.D. with 4 years in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields; 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- A current/active DoD Secret Clearance is essential.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
- 3 years of experience working with MATLAB scripts.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (PI Planning, 2-week sprint cycles, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with hardware and software engineers for integration and development support.
- Create test scenarios and conduct data analysis using MATLAB.
- Lead an Agile scrum team, communicate progress to program management, and oversee the work backlog.
- Collaborate with IPT leads to generate systems engineering documentation and deliverables related to product development.
- Undertake Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to oversee cost, schedule, and risk throughout system development.
- Conduct technical planning, verification, and validation, along with the decomposition of customer requirements into technical and functional performance parameters.
- Provide support for lab and flight testing activities.
