Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field with a minimum of 8 years in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; 6 years with a Masters degree; 4 years with a PhD.
- Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval as needed.
- Proven experience in creating and executing Software Quality Assurance plans.
- Familiarity with developing and utilizing metrics for assessing process health and performance.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and achieving deadlines effectively.
- Ability to act as a liaison among local teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Experience in requirement evaluation, tracing, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support individual Scrum/Sprint teams by participating in meetings and developing Jira dashboard tools to track progress and efficiency, while providing improvement suggestions to software leadership.
- Assess process health, progress, and stability metrics as necessary.
- Achieve proficiency in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jazz, DOORS, or other applicable software.
- Actively promote Mission Assurance and clearly articulate our Value Proposition to stakeholders.
- Ensure that GBSD software aligns with industry standards and contractual obligations in military weapon systems development, with a focus on employee engagement, collaboration, process improvement, and continuous enhancement.
