Requirements

Must:
We seek individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or another STEM discipline. For Principal level candidates, a minimum of 5 years of software development experience in embedded real-time systems is needed, or 3 years with a Master's Degree, or no experience with a Ph.D. For Senior Principal level candidates, we require at least 8 years of software development experience in the same field, or 6 years with a Master's Degree, or 3 years with a Ph.D. You must have experience in developing with C++ and/or Python, working in Linux and/or Windows environments, and testing systems and debugging. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, I will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing software that manages test equipment and executes tests for space payload units while ensuring compliance with established requirements. I will work on an agile development team, primarily utilizing Python, TCL, and C++. My role involves using automated tools like Jenkins and Robot Framework to facilitate automated testing and verification of the Space System. I will engage in all phases of the software development cycle, including design, development, integration, and testing. Furthermore, I will conduct reviews of software-related products, designs, and other technical documents, while actively participating in cross-functional scrum teams and meetings to ensure that system/software requirements are met from an end-to-end perspective.
