Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field with 5+ years of relevant professional or military engineering experience; OR Masters degree with 3+ years; OR PhD with at least 1 year of relevant experience (for Principal Level)
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant professional or military engineering experience; OR Masters degree with 6+ years; OR PhD with at least 4 years of relevant experience (for Senior Principal Level)
- Active DoD Top Secret SCI clearance, with a recent background investigation or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation
- Ability to secure and maintain initial Special Program Access within a reasonable timeframe as determined by business needs
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities
- Experience in the full Systems Engineering lifecycle, including requirements decomposition, test planning, verification, and management
- Familiarity with ICD development and integration, as well as System Test
Responsibilities
- Conduct system definition activities for features and design requirements, including use case and acceptance criteria formulation
- Collaborate with cross-Integrated Product Team (IPT) members on system and segment-level requirements and use cases
- Implement requirements verification methodologies and maintain traceability
- Aid in creating interface definitions and integration plans
- Execute formal integration and conduct capabilities-based testing of intricate software and hardware subsystems
- Analyze integration and test anomalies, assisting in issue resolution
- Perform requirements verification and sell-off
- Provide support to flight tests and fielded assets
- Coordinate with Requirements Engineers and System Test to ensure integrated functions are prepared for formal verification
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Assist in supporting Systems Engineering milestones such as System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
