Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with no prior experience. - Proficient in reading and interpreting specifications, schematics, and block diagrams. - Experienced with RF hardware and software. - Background in digital engineering. - Skilled in using RF test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. - Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level clearance. - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Willingness to work 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute testing methodologies and equipment. - Troubleshoot and support RF and digital hardware. - Ensure First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and oversee hardware deliveries. - Analyze testing data and recognize emerging trends. - Compile and define necessary alterations in testing instruments, procedures, manufacturing methods, or new testing criteria. - Collaborate with design engineers to formulate and apply hardware enhancements and solutions. - Assist technicians through troubleshooting and provide training. - Track product yields and uphold program yield targets. - Participate in program meetings to develop root cause analyses and corrective measures. - Report yield-related issues, investigation findings, and corrective actions during program meetings. - Liaise with manufacturing leaders, test technicians, production engineers, design engineers, systems engineers, program management, and support teams.
