Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) from an accredited institution with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a STEM masters degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a STEM PhD with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with tools such as Kubernetes, RKE2, BigBang, Argo, Terraform, Flux, Helm, and Hashicorp products.
- Ability to maintain a Platform as a Service (PaaS) ecosystem.
- Extensive experience in the creation and management of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and related infrastructure.
- Capability to achieve and maintain the required Secret clearance and any necessary program access as determined by the company, within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal availability.
- Maintain and resolve issues with networking components, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, servers, and hardware components.
- Deploy, manage, and support virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Implement and oversee core infrastructure services like DNS, DHCP, NAS, and Active Directory, while establishing a Cloud-native Software Factory.
- Enhance and manage container orchestration and deployment strategies.
- Provide integration and deployment automation support for cloud-enabled projects.
